Yeah that is low key why I am not getting a rhino. I am probably doing bimax, but would this effect happen at all with merely an LJS? I assume that its mostly due to the maxilla being pushed forward but maybe the cartilage lays diffrently with more madible? Idk. My current ortho is suggesting to merely do an LJS but he is bluepilled af and my previous one said that a nosejob would do the same thing because my nose is kinda big
