Idk honestly, i never was interested in LF3 osteotomy, may be curious a bit in past.
I have heard that there is big % of people with nerve damage after double jaw. Like 10-20%? I dont remember correctly but something around that numbers, for me its high, i dont know how about others.

Lefort 3 is a psl meme, no one suggests it seriously

I know a guy who had it and it takes 12 hours, they have to get a bone from a part of your body (usually from the hip), 2-month recovery of not being able to function normally, and you're left with various scrubs in your face so you need to have another surgery for removal of these if you don't want your skin to burn all the time.
