Self Improvement, Philosophy and mindset: Hamza, was literally watching Hamza every day
I went to the gym 5x a week and destroyed myself and stressed myself out till death.
Went back home after school and ate oatmeal, peanut butter, shitslop oat milk LMAO
In the gym I listened to 2012 Defqon Era hardstyle mixes, zyzz mixes etc, it was actually hard and fun as fuck, but still it just stressed my body more and made me reach even further into failure which caused me to stress even more.
One I finished the workout the way back home was just 10 minutes of me thinking i'll make some money, start a business or do something with my miserable life when I come back home, but the moment I came back home, since I was so undisciplined and distracted, I instantly went to the computer and sat down and rotted on minecraft, cs2, youtube until midnight. I woke up the next morning at 7 am for another miserable day at school, let's not forget I slept late so I have like 6-5 hours of sleep.

Yeah well, this is what overconsumption of media and information overload leads you to. Quitting social media and techonolodgy for a few weeks to clear your mind up will do wonders if you're in this situation right here.
