Here's how I became low inhib in just 2-3 months.
Every evening, my friend and I would hop in the car and drive around town like absolute retards on purpose. The second someone honked or yelled at us, I'd lean out the window and curse them out right back. (My friend was already low inhib af, so it usually fell on me to escalate.)
At first, my heart would be pounding like crazy, But after the first few days, that rush disappeared.
I realised most people don't wanna escalate but if you don't say something in return they will start treating you like you don't matter at all.
I swear to god it worked I finally have the courage to post my pics on social media. I used to be quiet when someone passed a passive aggressive comment but now I always say something back even if it's my teacher
nigga probably hates seeing me walk into class now.
I also threatened to beat up a nigga because his ex likes me
