Haven't done much looksmaxing after this besides. Getting jacked and skincare. My face changed quite a bit after 18 because of being late bloomer. Now that I'm lean I see it. Jaw and chin grew and skull got noticeably more masc. I would post pics to show the diff but I don't post my newer pics no more

But brought about the most change in my life was was external My discipline,self esteem and attitude towards things and that brought about thr biggest improvements srs. That's why I always advocate for these things.
