Okay guys so welcome to my first ever looksmaxxing thread, I hope everyone benefits from this.
I will list 5 things that will actually improve ur eye color and give u a good routine at the end.
1. NoFap.
I cannot stress how important nofap is, it changes everything guys. like dead ass very important.
it increases ur t levels which helps u reduce melanin in ur eyes and is a tyrosene inhibitor
2. Sunlight for 30 mins
You gotta stay in the sunlight for 30 mins straight for high testosterone levels, science explained in the previous thing.
3. Ray peat carrot salad.
dont wanna go too much into this, but it helps clear out toxins from ur body. what does this mean? this mean u will have ur natural body's antigens cleaning up ur eyes instead of the scum in ur body, hence giving u more lighter eyes
4. listening to calming music.
u ought to quit listening to nba youngboy if u really want this to work. listening to calm music keeps ur cortisol low and helps ur body reduce stress and hence be more clear of toxins and higher t.
I will list some higher t inducing calm music later in this thread.
5. Unironically spending more time reading the internet.
helps u stay indoors and helps u increase iq, testosterone, etc.
Knowledge = power.
So a routine will look like this:
1. NoFap (self explanatory)
2. Wake up
3. Sunlight for 30 mins
4. Ray Peat Carrot Salad for breakfast
5. Listening to calm music (do not do anything else, just relax) for at least 30 mins
6. spend time increasing knowledge
7. get on with ur day.
