@Tr0ubLe Like my shoes for example gives me about 5.2 inches will like 0 discomfort but when I added 2 inch lifts to them that’s where the discomfort kicks in. If you wear relatively low top shoes there’s no way you can fraud 3-5 inches as there’s not enough space in the shoe so it’s gonna be really uncomfortable

I fraud 6 inches. 6 is very comfortable to me. Ngl when I fraud 5 inches the shoe is too lose from all of the shoe stretching I did with a shoe stretcher device plus I also bought the shoe in a size up

Good idea actually. I do it too whenever i buy new shoes i get them a size up and slide in double soles
