So my goal is to ascend as much as possible from September 1st till the first day of January next year it’s a bet with my friend,

So I think I’ll take mk677 as my parents don’t want me pinning as I’m only 14 and due to the high bioavailability it’s worth it to take

Along side this I’ll also be taking L cartinine L tartrate powder which will hopefully boost the sensetivity of my androgen receptors leading to a more dimporphistic face as that’s a big flaw at 14

I’m also using a derma stamp and castor oil to consistently grow my eyebrows

And I’ll try to get a mouth widening appliance for my lips bc they are very narrow

I also have a decent skincare routine with a vitamin c serum

I’ll be Bonesmashing with proper calcium intake and maybe with d3 k2

Plus I’m trying to consistently hard mew and maybe I’ll get an insane assension like salludon

I can’t think of anything else I really need however I may start pinning when I’m done with mk if the results aren’t good enough for me but they probably will be
