Heterochromia kerato?

so I have recently seen multiple pretty realistic looking kerato results and thought about giving one of my subhuman t40 eyes kerato while doing nothing to the other which would result in Heterochromia. do you think im stupid for even considering this or might it actually be valid? is Heterochromia a halo or cope?

People just love to see what is different than usual.
But it is not actually appealing or halo at any point , unless you want to grab people's attention only.
