Heterochromia vs A10

I was born with one eye being A40 and the other T10, would it be better to have this heterochromia or would it be more ideal to have just two A10 eyes? Also I believe it’s important to take into consideration that I’m going for more intimidation, PSL, sex appeal. From my perspective, I believe it’s better to have the heterochromia for sex appeal, uniqueness and color contrast. Only downside is I think it takes me down on the PSL aspect. Thoughts and advise on if I should get surgery (iris depigmentation) for A10 eyes??
