id consider mse/fme to be hardmaxxing, it's one of the only ways you can improve the bone projection of your cheek bones and maxilla (maxilla very marginally). I think it's a great thing to get before djs if you want to be optimal.

Hexumlite doesn’t need to hardmax he’s Ltn but he’s 6’4 and has a mogger physique he’s good he shouldn’t waste a year to recover like a retard

I agree it’s great to do before djs but besides that it’s so ineffective for midface asthetics especially if your in your 20’s. People doing it only for asthetics mine as well spend their 10k or more on a hardmax with a better roi

Matter fact I can tell you from personal experience it doesn’t do much aesthetically and I got it when I was 15 and my suture was still partly open before the marpe was installed so imagine how much more ineffective it would be for a old head like hexium

tbf i kinda agree from a cost analysis perspective and a looks perspective (it can even worsen your looks due to asymmetric expansion and the dropdown effect) like you said but from a health pov especially if you have had premolar extractions i think it is the number one thing to do, i agree in hexumlite's case he already has a decent palate, the only way he can justify it is if he somehow gets an athletic benefit and an increase in iq from the breathing benefits which is unlikely.

Yeah I’m telling u they don’t gaf about the health benefits, I expanded 9mm and honestly my breathing is a lot better but it’s nothing crazy. Lowk just barley worth the money
