It is suspicious how he goes from ok looking to one of the best looking guys ever within like a 2 year span, if u look at all the pic of him in chronological order, he literally just seemed to become an entirely different person almost so fast, all though surgeries for men that looked at realistic wouldn’t be that common in the 80’s, there seems to be pictures of him where he was average looking and pictures were he is a psl god, none in between, you would think there would be at least one picture of him in between the stages of him becoming really good looking

Well im pretty certain he has the same chin, his masseters grew which you can achieve naturally so its most likely a result of that for his wider jaw

I think it was gonion implants (doesn’t change the chin) or possibly a very late puberty, his jaw doesn’t have the hypertrophied masseters look

Could be possible, they went from "quite good" to turning his lower third into probably the most aesthetic one ever, but seeing how he had great genetics (which didn't show in his brother of similar age), i'm 50-50 on it, his jaw looked inconsistent in a few photos but for the sake of glazing i'll stay on the "all natural" bandwagon for now

It was back in the 70s and 80s when this happened, so it is a 50/50, as plastic surgery was way less common and probably looked nowhere near as realistic

Agreed the time here adds doubt since plastic surgeries then were more of a niche and frowned on ,and a low chance of working out that well
