Some of you may have seen Hexumlite's recent videos claiming that low IQ people are "evil"

I'm curious to see your guys' stance on this. Do you think he's right, or is his perception of morality absolutely skewed?
Personally, I have had these sorts of thoughts before, but I am inclined to believe that they are due to a state of frustration rather than rational, coherent thought.

Mostly out of frustration i suppose
Probably he just runs into some people and think got heated.
