Hey i have been in this sphere for a bit and i have picked up some tricks here and there.

For reference this is what i look like now:

Yeah, so there are some obvious flaws here, wont adress them all but you them, some fixable some not.
I am going to get prescribed tret and hopefully azelaic acid for my acne, ik irs bad.

Also i use hydrocortisone for my nose sometimes, i dont know if its cope or not yet. I am considering fluticasone for increased shrinking since my nose is mostly innflamed.

If you have any other tips please share.
