Hey can someone give me solution to what to do in winter

Winter is coming and I need to style my hair but because temperature drops I think I will get migrane because I spray a lot of based sea salt spray on my hair and then use clay to style it and powder to keep it on place and use a but when I go out I think I will get migrane because the hair is way too cold for -4 or sometimes -10 C and I might get migrane and I don't want to so can someone tell me what to do an di forgot to say that I use a hairdryer always after my haircut and everything
