im around 175-176 and im 15
i want to know how to ascend
i started going gym and taking some supplements.

sorry for the shit quality on the photos
i kinda have recessed orbital infras or its just dark eye circles
im getting a mse maybe ,but i have had braces

You're fat I can't really see it, but research on bone growth plates, because NOW YOU CAN ACTUALLY SORT OF "BUILD" BONE, which is only available since birth to about 17-18 yo. No fuck sugar bro hell nah but milk is kinda good for elite protein aminos but just do a kcal deficit rn

Here is the bone growth in your youth tutorial:
Lift, fuel, sleep, repeat.
Do regular impact/strength training + good posture work.
Eat enough: protein, calcium, vitamin D, magnesium; don’t crash-diet.
Get sunlight/supplement D if needed, sleep 8–10 h, manage stress.
Skip smoking/vaping and limit alcohol.

Genetics set the ceiling, but these habits help you hit your potential while growth plates are open.

i supplement D and i eat a lot of calcium and magnesium i have a cup of water with magnesium before i sleep and also drink milk and honey in the morning with bannanas. i js recently started doing this ig, but bro ive seen people telling me to bonesmash but its useless because im too fat to see the structure

well, like what do u mean by this, leanmaxx because if i do incline cardio like walking is that fine? or if i am in a slight calorie deficit eating well? the main problem is i need to buy food for my school from our like local shop and its called like sainsburys but it has a lot of processed shit
