Perhaps I guess in my case my main reduction in facial harmony is mostly fwhr being too high ( 2.13) and total fwhr being too low ( 1.24) i think these 2 can be changed with fat loss as it will reduce the excess soft tissue from cheeks and my nose width is also too big compared to my mouth

I talked to my parents for a rhinoplasty and they said yes as soon as I turn 18
