keep and groom the goatee, get contacts like green or blue to increase contrast, get a better haircut but dont cut it all off keep some length, cold spoon on eyes, caffeine serum on eyes, get better coloring by sun exposure and better diet, try and debloat to see if inflammation will lessen on nose, if you have acne problems accutane also helps with that but be weary of side effects, more sleep, better diet and skincare to try and fix skin.
