jfl you are right. In total I grew from 5'9 to 5'11 and a half, afterwards maybe a little bit more but because of glucosamine which im taking which perserves your morning height.

At the beggining not that much tbh, one of the reasons I took ghrp6 is so I could eat more of everything. however after some time I did greatly improve, I think I always did get maximum protein intake, also all my micronutrients, sun, etc, the only thing I lacked in portions was my sleep schedule especially during school, I managed to change my starting school hour which helped and well during summer I could sleep a ton more which was when my growth also started accelerating. This helped me looksmax in general
