If I take like 2 IU GH a day and I am 15 with my growth plates open, will I grow like 3–4 cm? (I don’t have money for more than 2 IU a day.) Or it won’t make that much of a difference?

Fairs, but saying i will get shorter by pinning 2ui is outrageous
i mean he's saying that you naturally produce 3-5 ius a day, and doing 2iu daily means you'll produce around 2iu a day - so literally less growth hormone than if you were NOT doing hgh, which means you'd not maximize your potential height as much

at least i think jfl, i'm prolly wrong cuz idk shit abt pharma

GH doesn’t make people shorter it’s a growth hormone. Bones don’t shrink from it. And the body doesn’t produce fixed IU per day like that. That’s not how it works.

GH can’t make me shorter. It’s a growth hormone — it supports growth, it doesn’t shrink bones. As long as growth plates are open, it works in that direction, not the opposite. And the “3–5 IU a day” thing isn’t true either — the body doesn’t produce it as a fixed dose, it’s released in pulses, mostly during sleep. What you’re saying just doesn’t make sense.

Shorter version:
