Is HGH even worth it on its own without an AI.

If i did get HGH i wont be able to afford an AI, OR Bloodwork OR Growth Plate Xrays.

My parents have little to no money right now and they're really skeptical and stingy , so its hard for me to get Bloodwork or Xrays.

Also im only 14 and i dont have a job so i cant really do much.

Is it worth just waiting until im 16 and then go all out?
