i used KLOW and it didn't do much for me.

what helped was cold first 2 weeks, walking a lot, and hella patience

Bpc is rather more like muscle tears and stuff like that not really for bones it can still work tho

what are you saying ? like he consolidated 2cm of bone in a week ? or what

HGH has 0 effect on the lenghening process itself and actually could be harmful to take because u dont want early consolidation until you safely lengthen to your target height. Only after youre done lengthening you can use it.
