I looked into some studies and anecdotes. HGH seems to offer little to no height gains in healthy children/teens. Some older studies I read even showed negative effects on final adult height. The addition of an AI can tremendously improve the outcomes, but once again, I've read anecdotes where it didn't help at all in healthy teens. Also there is no published research combining HGH with FGFR inhibitors.
I'm planning to do 6 IU daily (8 IU if it fits into my budget) with Aromasin (I was considering Anastrozole at first but I could just do a higher dose of Aromasin.) Also I don't want an estrogen rebound in case I miss a dose. Some people told me anything below 10-12 IU is cope and to use Infigratinib at low doses (or Erdafitinib), but I'm not sure if FGFR inhibitors are worth it, especially with side effects like potential blindness. I'm also broke and cant afford to pin 12iu daily smh.
I currently don't have the time to dive deep into this as I have upcoming exams, so I apologise if there's any significant gaps in my knowledge.
TL;DR: Studies show HGH alone gives little to no extra height (sometimes even negative) in healthy teens. Adding an AI helps delay plate closure and improves results. Planning 6 IU HGH (up to 8 IU) with Aromasin, people told me under 10iu is cope. Hesitant on low-dose FGFR inhibitors due to sides. No deep research yet because of exams. Any solid info or personal experiences appreciated.
