The best way to find out if ur growth plates are closed is to get an xray. But u can roughly guess: if u havent grown the past 1-2 years, have noticable facial hair and just in general already look like a man then ur plates are prob closed. How tall are ur parents?

5'10 and 17. growth plates are still open currently blasting HGH and praying to reach my full potential. my dad is 6'2
