Hgh and IGF-1

I will receive 15iu of hgh and 15mcg of igf-1 I’m 16 and I’m just wondering how much should I take of each and how? (Obviously with bac water) and will that amount be enough to see any changes??

Minnimum 10iu per day, igf1 lr3 is a wast os money and does nothing

as much as you can afford

also if you only have a total of 15ius thats literally a day or two worth of hgh
