I saw somewhere It's fine to be on reta as long as 12 to 24 months, is that true, I'm like 5 weeks on reta lost about 6-7 kilos, I'm planning to cut down to 65kg and if not happy with physique to bulk up, anyways very soon hopping on ghkcu, ahdcu and gh

How much should I stay on gh and what dosage is sweet spot (I was thinking about 6 to 10ius)

start with 5ius move up until 8
also there is close to no research on reta so we dont know how long its safe to run
