also fix your diet aswell, if its bad (junk food, soda, pizza, extreme fatty foods) will cause you to get higher BP (blood preasure) and blood sugar which could kill you, esp without blood work.
then watch your sugar intakes, and if you get a weird sickness or smth kill yourself and dont get help
