You're saying idiopathic short stature as much as an Apex player says "what a save!" just stop. I added the bone mass part because people who are as misinformed as you typically fall for that horse shit too. The studies we do have which conclude HGH = height growth are conducted on, typically, prepubescent children with GH deficiency. So you've already missed the mark by about ~12 years, now pair that with the fact that they are given HGH for multiple years until they're in their teens, the height growth is not as remarkable as you think. So, let's break it down: the studies are conducted on literal children, they span for a decade or so, the height growth is not spectacular, and it usually costs thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars in treatment. So, no, you're not growing from HGH. So sorry.
