I can confidently say that its pretty shit and outdated with the information I now know, it needs an update. I surely stated that you need an aromatase inhibitor, that you need higher doses and 6+ months of usage for any noticeable results

not worth doing imo. and at 14 I wouldn't recommend any pharmaceutical intervention that early just get In the gym cardio max eat proper nutrition and at 16 add pharm.
