Good for you hoping on HGH so early, the younger the better. I’m 18 and my growth plates are closed so I can’t height max anymore, wish I would’ve started at 14 like you did. I’m 5ft10 in cooked. Mirin dude keep going

Yes that should be enough for the start. But you need to keep in mind to sleep enough, eat well and exercise. There are great guides in BOTB about heightmaxing so be sure to read those before you start. How tall are you now and how tall are your parents?

If you can up to 6 then 8 ONLY if you can afford, imo 4 ius is better for 6 months than 8 ius for 2 month. After 8 it’s pretty eh returns but still worth it only if you have an unlimited budget which you don’t, but 6 is my personal goal

parents are short i read hgh 101 but i think for my age 6 iu is to much my mum is 5'5 and dad 5'8 im 5'6 rn im also starting ghcku and after hgh im doing cjc dac with ipa

I mean probably, again this all may or may not work even if you do it right. But 5 is definitely effective enough
