Look on BOTB there is HGH guides there. As for an AI there’s no need to take it unless there’s an estrogen increase that is outside of the recommended zone.

Recommended zone of E2 (estradiol ) (type of estrogen) should be about 15-25 (don’t quote me on this). Not sure about the day and night. I plan to pin 7IU before bed.

I did not fucking sit and calculate it I have an estimate. For example deuschem sells 120 iu for 200$. U need around 250iu a month if u take 8iu per day.

It's not that your estrogen increases but it's that your bones mature from igf1 faster making them more sensitive to e2 and making them close prematurely. Youd need ai almost as a preventive action. It's best to keep it minimal but not crushed so your brain and other things can develop.
