I am 14 height 182cm frame 49cm my growth has started to slow down should i take hgh and if so what iu.

I was 160cm at 14 and got to 183 which is a respectable height, so either way you'll be fine. If you're worried about your growth slowing down then I'd look into tyra-3000, an ai, or an fgfr3 inhibitor to delay growth plate closure. Given you're tall so early you likley don't have a GH problem, so more won't do too much, but if you were to start I'd do it in ~2 years.
Keeping your plates open for longer will help more than blasting gh will

hgh just speed up height velocity you merely gain any extra height maybe just an inch at max so paying to grow faster but still the same end point even if natural

it’s not going to help by much lol hgh is primarily very effective for deficient people, if u take it you’ll probably grow an inch and close ur plates. take ai if ur really going to do it.

It Would actually benefit you to wait a little because the HGH makes you grow but you will just fill out ur natural height earlier.

Let your body naturally grow then try to push that limit around 16-17 ur plates will likely be fully fused 19-20

HGH doesn't work unless you're deficient, it just speeds up bone age which indirectly might even make you shorter

15 IUs is ideal for height, perhaps closer to 20 is more ideal at his current stats
