fgfr3 acts like a break to chondrocyte proliferation in the growth plates, erda inhibits pan fgfr meaning it inhibits fgfr1-4. now we only need to inhibit fgfr3 in order to reap the benefits but since erda inhibits all 4, it leads to a bunch of side effects. theres obv
compounds that can inhibit only fgfr3 like tyra 300 but good luck sourcing it. go research about the side effects of inhibiting fgfr 1,2 and 4 and theres a bunch of threads showing ancillaries to mitigate sides
