I'm 14y old and 5'10, and my bone age is 15y and 5 months, I went to a doctor and he prescribed me HGH and aromatase inhibitor, but he told me plenty of side effects, such as acne, caused by hgh, joint pain, erectile dysfunction, loss of bone density, and mood swings, which are caused by the aromatase inhibitor, I'm thinking of taking just the hgh, bc my estrogen levels are low and I don't want to take risks of being infertile and losing bone density, what should I do?

I'm a friend of the doctor, he told me that I don't need it but if I wanted he could prescribe it to me, I'm brazilian so I don't think he have an account here

I mean if you're prescribed it I would 100% do it. Most people aren't that lucky and if you get sides, there are probably solutions your doctor can help you with.

I've known him for several years, I was very lucky because I went to another doctor before and he didn't want to prescribe anything, then I remembered this one who is a friend of mine and went to him

very nice, listen to him he prob knows more then everyone here. just take frequent bloodwork of oestrogen because its very important- thats its not too low for side effects etc and not too high which will close ur plates faster

wtff, yeah, nowadays it's difficult to find a pediatrician who really helps with this issue. They do this because if you have any serious side effects or something like that, I think they could be sued, so to avoid any risk they just refuse every treatment

If you really don't need it but want to take it, they almost never prescribe it for fear of these side effects.

nah, I don't think so, my father is 5'8 and my mom is 4'11, I was lucky to have this height, and based on my exams, I will reach 5'11 or I will stay 5'10 without hgh bc my growth plates are closing

for a 14 year old avg for modern times is tanner 4, most obvious sign is dense armpit hair.
If you entered tanner 4 earlier than 14 (say at age 12 or 13), your plates will close soon
you should probably start your cycle before tanner 4 or you are missing out on height growth because at tanner 4 plates have started closing

yeah, in the last few months I've noticed that my underarm and pubic hair has increased, I think I'm in that 4th stage.
