call me high inhib but I feel like anything over 4 iu daily is too high at 15 im 15 too and i was thinking of pinning but only 3 iu with a loading phase and on off schedules and that is still a lot

people with genuine GH deficiencies take like MAX 3 iu daily so if ur normal like me dont take more than 5 u will be at risk of premature plate closure and a bunch of other stuff

3-5 iu is the natural production at this age (not the same for everybody); taking anything less than 5 is a waste of your money.
