yeah, depending on your dosage it can halt completely your natural GH production and you can get diabetes since youll get insulin resistance, but you can control these with other hormones/not eating sweets

and if you take really big doses like 10+ IU you can risk getting acromegaly/gigantism which is horrible

but if you take care of yourself and be careful with the dosages you're fine

HGH is good for height provided your plates r open, and physique just don't go overboard on dosage

for pure masculinity there r better alternatives like Test but this comes w more side effects so do research before taking if u choose to

only major downside is that it will speed up plate maturation which = plate closure. but if ur a late bloomer (which u could be if u "look 12" at 16) its not as big of a problem
