Your growth plates have probably fused already so it won't really make you taller even if they're not closed it will only make you 1-2 inches taller max. Hope this helps

they basically get an xray image of your left wrist msot common or they do knee but not sure hwo that one works and compare it to a database of others bone age that are confirmed and they give you a range rarely do they give you exact numbers

oh shi i read that wrong i just went private doctors im not sure how it works in every country but uk nhs want a reason private they do not care also just say something like you want to make sure youre maximising it ig
