Should I take hgh at 16? And if I do what could go wrong?

Yes. Nothing can go wrong. Or at least not wronger than being a 5’7 manlet

The worst would be acromegaly and you could get it fixed by rhinoplasty which would be a far less of a burden than limb lengthening surgery
