Im gonna post another thread about my source, because im not sure if I am allowed to post the name and links on here (so pls lmk)
If yall have any other things I should know before starting my first hgh cycle, please write them down
- 17 years old
- 6'3 / 191cm
- around 165lb / 75kg
Why?
- not for height (not my main focus)
- lean muscle mass boost
(→ more strength in the gym) - effects on skin (tighter skin, can also help with acne a bit, right?)
- but most important: still try to get visible bone density changes in my face or even e few mm of growth
→ do yall think its still possible? - all the other positive effects it has on my body
My plan:
- starting phase: 2-3iu
+0.5iu every week till 5-6 iu - maintance phase: 5-6iu ed (before sleep)
- blood work: gonna do some different tests in about a week
→ every 3 months
all the different tests I will take:
- CBC
- IGF-1
- Fasting insulin & Fasting glucose
→ HOMA-IR
- HbA1c
- TSH, Free T3, Free T4
- (maybe: Liver + kidney panel)
My questions:
- What dosage would yall recommend for bone density or even (if possible) bone growth?
→ Is it even realistic to achieve this trough hgh? - And with that dosage how long do I have to take it to see those results?
- Whats the max. length of one cycle of hgh without risking acromegaly?
