Is HGH still worth it to grow bigger hands and wrist at 18?

Probably not, it does make your organs slightly bigger though.

NO NO NO. i took hgh and stopped at 16. And that's bc i was a late bloomer. at 18 it is absolutely pointless

bc i did it. i dont hate on it. I think it is very effective during ur growth spurts. I would have been 5 4 if it weren't for it. it helped me grow 2.5 inches

Unlike these autistic fuckers, i did it bc my parents took me to a doctor specialized in HGH treatment. The medical consensus is that HGH should be given during the growth spurt. So even if ur growth plates r still open, there is little point in taking it

Bro I'm alrdy 6'1 idgaf about height, I'm just hoping my wrist or hands/fingers can grow a little at least

Should've done it sooner considering I knew about this for over a year now. I know it's megacope but it's a good alternative to roping. Even if I gained a single centimeter I'd be happy. My IGF-1 level is apparently good at 350ng/ml, but GH was almost nonexistent in the blood test (I'm attributing it to the short half-life) but in order to have IGF-1 levels like that there must be a decent HGH pulse happening. I think I can achieve 700ng/ml + with a peptide regimen which is not high enough to cause acromegalic features so no need to worry about that. Maybe it will help my gains and enlarge my clavicles and ribcage which would make me happy in itself. If it doesn't, no big deal, at least I tried.

For your wrist issue, look at oldcel's wrists and hands. Most of them have clearly enlarged over the years. I'm sure the wrist and hands will take care of themselves if you USE them. Do hard work with your hands, lift heavy, do boxing and learn how to hang for a long time. My hands and wrists got slightly thicker since I was 16. There was a study that showed the second phalanges in the hands continue to grow forever, along with the 4th phalanges which grow without a growth plate. Use your hands and you should see some growth, but it will take decades. HGH should significantly speed up the process due to an increase in bone turnover.

Lol I alrdy box since I was 15 and not just hit the bag but spar and fight but I don't lift as much as I should. It's mostly genetic with me tho cause my pops had type small wrists
