I'm planning to run a year cycle of HGH to grow my clavicles and increase bonemass in face, I'm 6'1 and 19 and haven't grown in like a year so growing in height isn't the priority but will running HGH still grow my bonemass in face and clavicles?

Also is it worth running test while on this cycle since I've already got really high test naturally at 1200ng/dl

HGH at 19 aint going to widen your clavicles or grow your facial bones. Your growth plates are basically fused(you can get a bone scan to check0, so the only changes you’d see are soft-tissue (puffiness, cartilage thickening), not real bone growth. It can actually make the face look worse over time.
Bone density might go up A bit, but you dont need HGH AT 19! for that unless you’re clinically GH-deficient.
Running test on top is super duper pointless too, if your test is already around 1200 ng/dl, adding exogenous T just shuts down your natural production without giving you any clavicle or facial bone gains. Zero aesthetic payoff for the risk
You can just fraud with shoulder pads :)

IF THIS HELPED, PLEASE MARK AS SOLUTION, IF NOT I'D BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY OTHER QUESTIONS

So even if my growth plates were open I still wouldn't get much facial bone mass gains, also would you still say that its worth to take if they were still open just to widen my clavicles a bit and add some height, or is it not worth the risk for my face?

Even if your plates are open, HGH wouldn’t give you real facial bone gains; it's not a facial bone mass gainer. You’d maybe get a tiny bit of height or a couple mm on the clavicles, but nothing crazy. The face risks are way bigger than the actual benefits, so it’s just not worth it. i'm sorry but 19 is too late for this and ur either way alr 6'1. HGH is meant for long bones, like femur.
