Hey everyone,

I’m a 20-year-old late bloomer considering HGH and possibly other steroids to maximize my growth potential. Since I hit puberty later, there’s a chance my growth plates might still be open (getting an X-ray next month to confirm). My main goals are:
1. **Framemaxxing** – Especially widening my skull and improving bone structure.
2. **Height gain** – If possible, since I might still have some growth left.
3. **Androgenic effects** – I’m hoping to push a second puberty-like phase for better jawline, shoulders, etc.

**Additional context:**
- I’m planning to take **finasteride/dutasteride** to prevent further hair loss (already Norwooding), so I’d like to minimize hair-related side effects.
- Open to **alternative compounds** (like MK-677) if they’re safer but still effective.

**Questions for the forum:**
1. **Growth plates** – If they’re still open, what’s the best protocol to maximize height and bone structure?
2. **Androgenic changes** – Can I realistically expect significant improvements in facial structure and frame at this age?
3. **Hair trade-off** – Will fin/dut interfere with the desired androgenic effects?
4. **Risks vs. rewards** – What’s the safest way to approach this without screwing up my hormones long-term?

Would love to hear from anyone with experience or knowledge on this—especially those who’ve run similar protocols. Thanks in advance

with complete honesty at 20 (end of puberty) there’s absolutely almost no chance you’ll see any massive change with your bones, even with HGH and/or steroids. why? cuz they work mostly during early-mid puberty. I mean, you can still try if your plates are open, but it’s unlikely you’ll see any actual progress, surgery, fillers can be options

So I should stop coping and just get bimax/trimax to get more projection or lefort 2 and such in turkey or eastern Europe, also should I get palate expander like the surgically assisted one called sarpe before doing any of these more invasive osteotomy?

Bimax or trimax can ascend your projection, but LeFort 2 is better for most. SARPE first if your maxilla’s narrow as fuck, otherwise straight to bimax

Since I'm getting sarpe for narrow palate, what should I get in combination to that to fix narrow lower third and rounded chin, should I for example get braces or fix that with a genio or something?
