HGH at tanner stage 4.2?

I am 5'11, my dad is 6'0 and my brother is 6'0 at 19

I want to reach 6'1 as that is pretty much the average in where im living (Sweden) but idk if it's possible since I turned 17 a month ago and im at tanner stage 4.2
(I am a pretty late bloomer overall, still don't have alot of facial hair/hair under my arms whereas my brother and dad have aton, only place which seems fully developed is my dick)

Will this just be a waste of money or can I expect to atleast reach 6'0? I don't know if i've grown any in recent times but im still one of the shortest kids in my class and shorter than my dad so Im hoping I can squeeze out a few cm atleast.

And if so what would be a proper dosage of HGH to maximize specifically heightgrowth?

u could do 7 or 6 and check your grow plates if they are open use it till 18 and for ai i would use anastrozole i would recommend from 0.5 to 1 mg a day
