Its said that certain HGH secretagouges induce a HGH bleed whereas the normal HGH rhythm is pulsatile. Arguably a bleed is worse for blood sugar which is obvious as it liberates glucose into the bloodstream over a greater period of time, but ignoring that things like CJC with DAC give it a 9 day half life, things like HGH and somatostatin require daily or more than daily pinning to create the spikes however unlike secretagouges they dont tend to bleed.
Is a bleed better or worse? in theory having more elevated GH levels seems better for hyperplasia but is it practical or not make a difference?
