Repeated Sauna Sessions

Protocol

CJC-1295 (with DAC): 1000 mcg, 2x per week

Ipamorelin: 300 mcg, 1x per day

Sauna: 3–5x per week, Two one hour sessions with a 30 minute break in between at 80°C

Fasted state: No food 90 min before or 30 min after peptide use or sauna


Effectiveness

What good will this do you if you have a shit diet :unsure:

Keep a high-protein, moderate fat, low-carb, and low-sugar diet

Focus On

Lean proteins: Eggs, grass-fed beef
Healthy fats: Avocados, fatty fish
Hydration: 4L/day

Minimize

Sugar: Especially around GH injections
Refined carbs: White bread, pasta
Alcohol: Blunts HGH release

I plan on using this method soon, I was just thinking of ways to increase my bone mass since i'm boneless as fuck

GH boost from sauna isnt enough to cause bone growth it’s insignificant and short lasting.
