If you have a 10 IU vial, add 1 mL of bac water and use a 1 mL insulin syringe this way, every 10 units equals 1 IU. When reconstituting, gently swirl the vial to mix don’t shake it. Take it about 30–60 minutes before bed, and avoid eating for 2–3 hours beforehand.
