mirin the commitment but 10 ius is in diminishing returns territory, pick a dose between 5-8ius and you'll be chilling. Also make sure u supp something for insulin like berberine, I also advise you get a blood glucose monitor.

with proper precautions yeah ofc, however at 17 i dont think ur gonna see the results your looking for from hgh. either pair hgh with test or start looking into using AAS
