Firstly learn about all the risks associated with it. HGH has been known to cause cancer in long term users.thinking of doing a 6 month gh cycle at 16 anything i should know first/anyone that has done similar was it worth it?
HGH does not cause cancer in long-term users. HGH elevates IGF-1 levels. Chronically raised IGF-1 Levels are associated with people who develop cancer. Correlation does not equal causation; it definitely does not cause cancer, and hanging from a pull-up bar only decompresses your spine temporarily its a cope, not a way to actually grow taller.Firstly learn about all the risks associated with it. Instead of risking your life, just sleep 7-9 hours per night, eat well, exercise and hang from pull-up bar for maximal height growth

Obviously, you want to learn as much as possible about HGH as possible. Consider reading plenty of the studies done on it. You definitely should have certain things on hand like a glycometer, thyroid support, anastrozle and potentially insulin. You should also get your blood work done beforehand so you have a metric to compare your health to while on it(get bloodwork mid cycle). Be extremely cautious with your family's medical history. If anyone has had diabetes, heart conditions or developed cancer early or multiple times I would be more cautious. Be very careful when eating carbs, try and center them around your workouts and not very late at night, and only eat the carbs you need. Maybe take certain peptides to mitigate side effects, MOTS-C, and plenty of the GLP-1s increase insulin resistance. BPC-157 and TB500 may help in mitigating some of the joint related side effects. Obviously, sleep as much as possible to maximize your gain from it and minimize cancer risk. Also make sure you get the proper Potassium to sodium ratio as it will help with the bloating from the HGH and will help with the water retention.thinking of doing a 6 month gh cycle at 16 anything i should know first/anyone that has done similar was it worth it?

The lower the dosage is, the less negatives and the less risk you take on. The second thing that matters is the cycle duration. I'd recommend tapering up from 1-2 IUs and raising .5 to 1 IU every 2-3 weeks or so depending on ur response to the hgh. 5-6 is pretty solid not too low not too high. I'd recommend being more towards 6 for better results. Im personally doing 6-6.5 rn, im mid cycle.im planning on doing low dosage like a 5-6 ED is the good?

I'm 18, and the biggest change I've seen so far is an improvement in sleep quality. This is something you'll notice relatively early in your cycle. I'm pretty sure I'm recovering more quickly in the gym. The only negative side effect I have seen so far is a little bit of bloating. Part of this bloating is because I'm on a bulk and eating anywhere from 2700-3500 calories a day, depending on my activity. But there is definitely a bit of bloating. There was a small change in my height, but it's probably not because of the HGH and definitely because I'm fixing my anterior pelvic tilt. It was like a 3 mm difference. My growth plates in my wrist are closed, so there isn't much it could do for me in that regard. The only thing it could do is potentially hydrate my spinal discs. Just to mention, I am relatively early in my cycle. Its a 16 week cycle and I am about 2 weeks in.have you seen any grave changes and how old are you?
