Yo guys, I've never used HGH and it's kind of confusing for me on how much IU I should use and how often. If anyone knows a good dosage for a beginner and how to work up to higher ones I would appriciate it.

Start with 2-3 iu

start at 2IU and work ur way up to like 5-6IU
