Its hard its gonna be either you tell dhl its an pickup point and they change it to so or you just go to the pickup point before the delivery guy arrives and just wait till he arrives and take the package.

You basically cant until they hold it after first delivery fail for me they are going to deliver on Tuesday ima just wait for the delivery guy and pick it up just whenever they send it out be ready to pick it up if the pick up point doesn't take it
why would you wait for the guy if you can just redirect the package by dhl website after the first delivery fail?

cuz on the first fail it was because the pickup point was closed and i did not know they will refuse the package the day after actually it was their mistake because on monday it was closed and on dhl tracking it said delivery expected by 31 march but these fuckers tried on 30 march day before.

Back to dhl express so i went and asked them whats up and they said i have to pay 45$ fee for it??
It was but there was an payment for it so they didnt accept it cuz its from Mexico - NL it will only say taxes to pay if it gets declined at pick up points

Nah paying taxes is normal here because the package is out of the EU but 80% of my packages just pass thru customs so did this one but it had delivery problems and they seen the package is from Mexico so it was easier for them to know
last question, how do you title the package as pickup, in the dhl sistem or you can just put it in the phisical package?
There are dhl pickups here u u got stores and houses who volunteer to pick up packages so my package wasnt destinated to a "pickup" and goes to that house that accepts dhl the person there wont be like send it back he will take it and save it till i come and pick it up but this time i tried a different one which ended like this fuck
so simply by marking the pacckage as a pickup point delivery in the actual box is enough for these type of deliveroes instead of selecting it in the actual dhl sysytem?
or do i need to title it as pickup point in the actual dhl system
